Every service offered through The Victor Kwesi Experience has clearly defined boundaries. Some experiences encourage self reflection, personal exploration, and meaningful dialogue. These experiences are educational in nature and are designed to promote greater self awareness rather than provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.

Mind Surgery

Mind Surgery is an educational and reflective experience. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatry, crisis intervention, or medical treatment. By participating, visitors acknowledge that no diagnosis or treatment will be provided and that personal growth cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings, Payments, Cancellations and Rescheduling

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. An engagement becomes confirmed only after written acceptance and, where applicable, completion of the agreed booking and payment process. Applicable fees will always be communicated before confirmation. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated whenever reasonably possible, and refunds will be determined according to the nature of the service and notice provided.
